How to reach us
Email hello@alsacewinetour.com. We answer in English, usually within two working days.
We are a booking guide, not a tour operator, so we cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. That goes to the operator through the platform you booked on, whose contact details are on your confirmation. If you cannot find them, write to us and we will point you to the right place.
If your tour was cancelled or you missed it
A refund or a new date is the operator's to give. Your confirmation email carries their contact and your booking reference, which is the fastest route. Most tours here refund in full if you cancel at least 24 hours before the start; the day trip that needs two days says so on its card.
Corrections
If a fact here is wrong or out of date, tell us what and where. Estate calendars change with the season, meeting points move, and the fastest fix is usually a reader who has just been. Every page carries the date it was last checked.
Operators

Where the official information is
Château du Haut-Kœnigsbourg
67600 Orschwiller; telephone 03 69 33 25 00. It answers for its own prices, opening hours and the line 500 shuttle from Sélestat station, and it publishes them at haut-koenigsbourg.fr. Last entry is an hour before closing.
Musée Unterlinden
Place Unterlinden, 68000 Colmar. Open Wednesday to Monday, 9:00–18:00, with last entry at 17:30, and closed on Tuesdays. Its own site, musee-unterlinden.com, carries the current prices.
The wine, and the road itself
The CIVA, the Alsace wine council, publishes the appellations, the grapes and the grand crus at vinsalsace.com. The regional tourist board publishes the Route des Vins at visit.alsace. The tourist offices in Strasbourg and Colmar answer for their own towns; we do not publish their addresses because we have not verified them.
The estates
Each grower answers for its own visits, prices and calendar. Book and ask on the estate's own website.
